Q: How do I create an account on the RFS e-commerce website?
A: Click on "Create an Account" located at the top-right corner of our homepage, then fill in the required details to complete your registration. RFS will review your registration request within 1-2 business days. Once activated, you can log in.
Q: Can I order RFS products without an account?
A: No, an account is required to ensure secure transactions and to allow you to track your orders and purchase history.
Q: Are there any restrictions for placing an order?
A: Yes, only customers located within the European Union can create an account and place orders in our e-shop. Additionally, the minimum order amount for invoice payments is €50, with a maximum of €3,000. For online banking (bank transfer), the maximum is €5,000.
Shipping & Delivery
Q: To which countries does RFS ship?
A: We ship exclusively to Germany and its bordering countries: Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, and Switzerland.
Q: What shipping methods are available?
A: Standard and express shipping options are available at checkout. Express delivery is available for orders placed before noon, allowing delivery within 24 hours in Germany.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Delivery tracking information is provided on your invoice. Order tracking is not available through your online customer account.
